Deepti Yadav is a distinguished Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 15 years of Ayurveda experience in Australia . She is the founder of the Ayurveda Bliss Holistic Centre located in Waitara in heart of Hornsby, Sydney NSW, Australia, dedicating herself to the popularisation of Ayurveda. Deepti combines innovative technologies with her extensive experience and profound knowledge of Ayurveda to help clients achieve optimum wellness in body, mind and spirit.
Education journey
She set her mind on learning deeper about Ayurveda and enrolled in Bachelor’s in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S) through the North India Medical Entrance examination (a competitive examination like UCAT in Australia) got selected to pursue Bachelors of Ayurveda medicine. Deepti holds a Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine& Surgery (BAMS) degree from the esteemed one of the top Ayurveda university in North India SKAC (Ayush Government Medical University KUK, India) where it recognised as Ayurveda Doctor. Her six-year study in ayurveda degree program included a comprehensive rotatory internship in both Ayurvedic and Allopathic government hospitals.
In Australia she is registered as Ayurveda Professional member of Australasian Association of Ayurveda, Australia Complementary therapist , Ayurveda Medicine association.
Additionally, she is a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia and Ayurvedic trainer in Australia (certificate IV training and assessment from TAFE NSW, Australia).

With over 15 years of expertise, Deepti has served as an Ayurvedic Officer in both private and public centers in India. Since 2011, she has been practicing Ayurveda in Sydney Australia , where she helps enormous clients improve their well-being through Ayurvedic herbs, therapeutic yoga programs, proper lifestyle and dosha elements-balancing diets. Her extensive experience includes Ayurvedic consultations, detox treatments, and a variety of Ayurvedic therapies. Recognised with numerous awards for her excellence in Ayurveda, Deepti is also an eloquent speaker who has hosted wellness seminars and talks in both Australia and India.
Philosophy and Approach
A staunch believer in the philosophy of “Practice what you preach,” Deepti integrates the ancient yet evolving science of Ayurveda into her daily life. Growing up in a family dedicated to Ayurvedic principles, she developed an early interest in Ayurvedic plants and herbs from her father, a naturopath, teacher and senior yoga trainer. Deepti’s mornings start with yoga and pranayama, followed by a strict Ayurvedic lifestyle guided by her mother who is principal in school and top of that graduate with an MA in Indian Classical Music as professional musicians. So from childhood Deepti is blessed with growing up in home environment inspired with importance of education ,health and wellness ,Ayurveda, Yoga and classical music. She believes that an Ayurvedic lifestyle promotes happiness, health and confidence, and she applies this philosophy to help her clients achieve higher vitality from the very first appointment.
